Shoulder Massage CEU Class | April 30th - May 3rd, 2009

A four day massage CEU class focusing on shoulder conditions for the massage therapist. Sessions beginning on Thursday, April 30th through Sunday, May 3rd.

Registration starts Thursday at 8:30 am and each registrant will receive 32 contact hours upon completion of the seminar, along with a certificate of attendance.

About Me

Hi,

My name is Tobi Brock, the author and founder of the Integrated Massage Therapy College in June 2007.

In 1992, I was first introduced to massage therapy when working with Chiropractors in San Angelo, Texas. The doctors trained and tutored me in the science and techniques of medical massage.

My next phase of training was graduating with honors in 1996 from the Austin School of Massage and continued the work with the Chiropractors and began to build my massage practice. During this time I attended numerous conferences on business and marketing.

Moving to Oklahoma City in 1999, I opened a massage clinic successfully for 2 years and still worked in conjunction with Chiropractors in the area.

In 2002 a new college of massage opened in Oklahoma City, and I was the first instructor to be hired. Through the years, I have continued to learn, practice and use her gifts to help others. I saw my work at the school as an opportunity to share that knowledge and experience with my students in order to promote professionalism and excellence in the field of massage.

During my four years in instructing at this prominent school, I observed students who had learned invaluable skills and techniques flounder when they got out in the "real world". They had been given classroom lecture but no realistic preparation for what lay beyond the learning institutions doors.

This massage community here is a direct result of Integrated Massage Therapy College.
