- I am a newly certified Reiki 2nd level practitioner,and I love being able to do what I can now do !!! Reiki is a wonderfully subtle healing art based on centuries old Oriental principles. It works on a very intimate energetic level, helping to speed healing and restore health and balance to the energetic and physical body without compromising the health or well being of the practitioner or the recipient in any way. It can be done without the practitioner even touching the recipient and even over great distances without diminished effect.
